Recently the Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni chapter asked me to donate my services for the Susan G Komen 6th Annual Pink Martini Silent Auction and Fundraiser. I jumped at the opportunity as this is truly an amazing cause! I am sure we all know someone who has been effected by this terrible disease. In my family alone, my mom, Eileen, and sister-in-law, Catherine, both had to fight this battle and I am thrilled to say....they are both survivors! Unfortunately, I know too many other women (and subsequently men and children) whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. To support this cause please visit www.komensuncoast.com. The event is Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at the Tampa Club from 5:00-7:00pm. Make sure to wear pink cocktail attire!
